The Garden Restaurant

About

The Garden Restaurant, despite its high ceilings and period elegance, possesses a surprisingly intimate atmosphere which is both inviting and informal.

Whether staying with us as a hotel guest or just looking for a great choice when eating out in Eastbourne, here you can enjoy a menu based around traditional British favourites created with a modern twist. The menus are often inspired by what our chefs source locally, including fresh fish and the best produce that the surrounding Sussex farms have to offer. Whilst we do not operate a dress code, most of our guests choose smart casual or formal wear.
