Competition Terms and Conditions

• To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
• Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
• Competition closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2024. Any requests after this will not be included in the prize draw.
• The competition prize is for:
  • A two night stay, with breakfast included, in an Executive Bedroom at The View hotel for up to 2 adults and 2 children
  • 4x tickets to Eastbourne’s Lightning Fibre Ice Rink
  • 2x adult and 2x child entry tickets to Santa’s Magical Elevator Experience
  • 4x tickets to the Snow White pantomime at the Devonshire Park Theatre
• The two night stay at The View hotel must be redeemed before 13 January 2025 and is not available to be redeemed during the blackout date range: 23 – 31 December 2024. Accommodation is subject to availability and dates cannot be transferred.
• The ice skating tickets must be redeemed by 31 December 2024. Skating sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Tickets to Santa’s Magical Elevator Experience must be redeemed by 24 December 2024. This attraction must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
• Tickets to the Snow White pantomime must be redeemed by 12 January 2025. Performance must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
• The winner will be randomly selected and contacted via the email provided as part of their entry on 2 December 2024.
• The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize by 23:59 on 3 December 2024. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.
• We will do our best to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates to redeem their prize, however all elements of the prize package are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed outside the date ranges stipulated in these terms and conditions.
• Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.   
• Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
• Winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• VisitEastbourne‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
• VisitEastbourne shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
