Accessibility Guide

The Devonshire Quarter welcomes as many people as possible, we are committed to making it easily accessible to all our visitors and are constantly striving to make sure every requirement is met.

A brand new Welcome Building provides a fully accessible entrance to the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden, including lifts to all floors and refurbishments to the Winter Garden will include improvements to accessibility between the Floral Hall and Gold Room. A stunning new plaza to the front of the centre makes the Devonshire Quarter accessible to all.

Eastbourne Access Guide is published by the Eastbourne Access Group
and sponsored by Eastbourne Borough Council. Eastbourne is a fine Victorian
town, built mostly on the level but with steps and stairs in some places. We
have worked hard to make it accessible to people with mobility difficulties and
we hope that the information provided will make it easier for disabled people
to enjoy the amenities of the town.
