Take your Airbourne experience to a whole new level, with two ways to enjoy the airshow.

Please note all information below relates to Airbourne 2024. 

Our premium hospitality boasts fantastic views of the display line from the Western Lawns, offering two unique and unrivalled experiences, every day of the show, from 11am until 60 minutes after the flying display ends:

- The new and improved Aviator Club, with marquee dining, garden seating, table service and inclusive bar – perfect for entertaining special guests

- The Airfield, our new, exclusive enclosure, offering great food and drink throughout the day, in an informal setting – ideal for a relaxing afternoon with family and friends

The Aviator Club is back, bigger and better, with an enhanced four-course lunch menu prepared by our banqueting chefs at the Devonshire Quarter, an inclusive bar, greater outdoor seating and improved facilities. Guests are seated at tables of ten and you can book whole tables or individual seats. 

For the ultimate experience, we now also offer exclusive cabanas, which accommodate up to 20 guests, with private seating area on the lawn and options to tailor the menu, drinks list and space as you choose.

Your experience includes:

• Exclusive access to the main Aviator Club marquee, garden and bar throughout the day
• A choice of welcome Drink, including English sparkling wine and cocktails
• Inclusive drinks right up to the last display, including a choice of quality beers, wines and soft drinks
• A four-course lunch, served at 12.30 – we will contact you in advance with menu choices, including any dietary requirements
• Afternoon tea, served at 4pm
• A premium, paid bar service, offering spirits, cocktails, English sparkling wine and extended wine list
• Outside seating
• Exclusive VIP toilet facilities

Additionally, the Cabanas offer:

• A private area for up to 20 guests, including garden seating
• Dedicated waiter
• Drinks fridge

• Ability to brand or decorate the space as you choose

Price: £4,850 (includes VAT) for 20 guests

Our new enclosure offers a spacious, informal, easy-going setting away from the crowds, with the same great views and plenty on offer.  We’ll give you a personalised lanyard, so you can come and go as you choose and enjoy the following inclusive benefits:

• A choice of seating areas, including a covered viewing deck, dining tent with trestle tables or deck chairs
• For lunch, a choice of barbeque or summer buffet, offering a wide selection for all tastes
• During the afternoon, a choice of ice-cream from our dedicated stall or cream tea from the dining tent
• Four complimentary drinks, including a choice of quality beers, wines and soft drinks, Pimms and punch
• Paid bar throughout the day, offering a wide range of bottled beers, wines, sparkling wines and spirits
• DJ from the last display until close
• Dedicated premium toilets
