Our premium hospitality boasts fantastic views of the display line from the Western Lawns, offering two unique and unrivalled experiences every day of the show.

Book The Aviator Club with marquee dining, garden seating, table service and inclusive bar – perfect for entertaining special guests.

The Aviator Club Private Suites are for those seeking a more private hospitality experience— whether for corporate groups or family gatherings.

The Departure Lounge provides a relaxed VIP atmosphere, offering great food and drink throughout the day, garden games for all ages, exclusive viewing area and more. 

 

The Aviator Club returns for those seeking the ultimate VIP experience. From corporate entertaining to the ultimate family treat, join us for this luxurious package featuring a three-course buffet lunch, crafted by some of the region's most iconic local chefs.

With an inclusive bar, comfortable outdoor seating, and enhanced VIP facilities, this is set to be a day of indulgence and relaxation. The inclusive bar includes no/low alcohol drinks as well as a range of beer, wine, tea, coffee.

Guests will be seated at tables of ten, in the open plan marquee, with the option to book a whole table or individual seats, ensuring a tailored experience for all. 

Your experience opens at 11:00 and includes: 

• Welcome drink on arrival
• A three-course buffet lunch, served at 12.30 – we will contact you in advance with menu choices, including any dietary requirements
• A cream tea served at 16:00
• Inclusive bar right up until the last display including a choice of wines, beers and soft drinks
• A copy of the Official Souvenir Programme
• Exclusive access to the Aviator Club VIP marquee, bar and garden
• Outdoor seating and VIP toilets (VIP trailer with 3 cubicles and a disabled toilet at the eastern end of the marquees)
   

Prices: from £145 to £159 per person (includes VAT)

 

 

Additionally, The Aviator Club Private Suite offers something a little more secluded with a suite for up to 20 guests.

The Aviator Club package plus:

• Table service
• Stocked drinks fridge
• Private dining for up to 20 guests
• Ability to brand and decorate the suite
   

Price: £4,895 (includes VAT) for 20 guests
 

 

Join Eastbourne Airshow's most relaxed hospitality, boasting a VIP enclosure with benches, deck chairs, shade marquee, Premium Toilets, VIP lanyard, inclusive Premium BBQ, 4 drinks, afternoon traybake treat or ice cream, as well as a private stocked bar, plus garden games to keep the kids occupied.

Open from 11am until 30 minutes after the final flying display. Each adult ticket also includes an official airshow programme worth £10! 

The Departure Lounge includes:

• A premium Summer BBQ for lunch served at 12:30
• An afternoon treat such as ice cream, chocolate brownie or flapjack, served at 16:00
• Four inclusive drinks 
• A copy of the Official Souvenir Programme
• Garden games for all to enjoy throughout the day
• A shaded dining marquee, picnic benches and deck chairs
• VIP toilets (VIP trailer with 3 cubicles and a disabled toilet within the enclosure close to King Edward's Parade)
• Departure Lounge closes 30 mins after final display

Nearest Blue Badge car parking is in Devonshire Place.

There is wheelchair accessibility to all hospitality areas. Closest access is via the Western Lawns entrance opposite Silverdale Road.

A disabled toilet is available in both the Aviator Club and Departure Lounge enclosures. 

Please note free carer tickets do not apply to hospitality.  They are however available for Grandstand Seating.
