Travel to Airbourne: Eastbourne International Airshow

Please note all information below relates to 2024. Please check back nearer the time for 2025 updates.

When travelling from Brighton, take the number 12/ 12A/ 12X/ 13X Brighton & Hove Buses service. Please note this will terminate at The Beacon.  From Hastings take the number 99 Stagecoach service, which terminates in Gildredge Road.

Please note that these services do not stop at the pier.

Out of town Stagecoach buses will divert along Seaside due to seafront road closures. 

Mon - Weds Only

Due to the seafront road closure (Queens Gardens to Silverdale Road) buses will turn in at the Crown and Anchor and enter town via Pevensey Road. Out of town buses will divert via Seaside and turn onto the seafront at the Crown and Anchor.

With so much going on, be sure you don’t miss the last train home.

Catch the bus to the show site from Eastbourne Railway Station.

There will be a queuing system on Saturday and Sunday at Eastbourne Railway Station from 4pm, allowing people onto the platform in the safest manner.

Travelling by bus from Eastbourne Railway Station
Leave Eastbourne Railway Station on to Terminus Road and turn right onto Gildredge Road. Service 3 will whisk you to and from the Winter Garden in Compton Street close to the show site. There will be an enhanced volume of service during Saturday and Sunday, however the service will terminate at its currently published times. i.e the service will not be running after the Fireworks.

National Cycle Network Route 21 plus FREE cycle park at Howard Square and Wilmington Square on Grand Parade. Please note for safety reasons, no bicycles may be taken into the main Airbourne site.
