Club Entry

Eastbourne’s free classic car festival, Magnificent Motors speeds to the coast and will be calling upon classic motor owners to take part in the vintage motoring extravaganza. 

Club Entries are now open for 2025! There will now be a £5 per car fee to exhibit at the event
(still free to attend as a public spectator).

Motor enthusiasts and vintage seeking visitors venture to Eastbourne to see anything which gives a nostalgic nod to times gone by, from Bugattis to Bentleys and Cadillacs to Ferraris, all proud classic car owners are encouraged to exhibit at the ever-popular event. Due to limited space available, this is an expression of interest only for clubs and the organiser will be in touch to confirm acceptance of club entries.

Why are we charging an entry fee?

We regret to inform you that due to significant increases in minimum wage and temporary infrastructure costs (such as portaloos), we are no longer able to keep this event free of charge to exhibitors. In order to help us recover some of these rising costs and ensure the future sustainability of the event, we are introducing a small fee of £5 per vehicle, per day. This fee is only payable if your club is successful. Payment is not required to express your interest, however a payment link will be sent if your club is successful.  

While we have done our best to keep this a free to exhibit event, it is simply no longer possible. We hope you understand and can support us in maintaining the high quality and future of this popular event.

We will start planning and allocating car clubs in December and we will notify you before Saturday the 14^th of December as to whether your club has been successful. Please do not be disheartened if your club is not accepted, you will then have the opportunity to secure an individual entry from Monday the 6^th of January 2025 when individual entries go LIVE! (Subject to availability – first come, first served basis).

Due to limited site space, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EVERY CAR CLUB A SPACE AND WE WILL TRY AND ROTATE CAR CLUBS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO GIVE EVERYONE A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED IN THE EVENT.

• Owners must ensure all drivers of the exhibits are qualified in law to handle the class of vehicle involved (no under age drivers).
• No exhibit is to be left running in the control of any person unable to stop it in an emergency.
• No exhibit shall be left running unattended.
• All vehicles shall be safely parked, securely braked and/or choked.
• A speed limit of walking pace only shall apply to all vehicles, including modern vehicles, on the show site.
• Entrants must pay proper regard to the Marshals’ instructions and conduct themselves in a manner which will not inconvenience other persons on the site.
• All exhibits attending the event must be insured.
