Individual entry is on a first come, first served basis. 

Please select the appropriate category for your vehicle entry and ensure you have selected the correct day for attending.

Please note: the majority of spaces at the event have now been filled. If your category is full, you can sign up to our waitlist via the entry link below.  You will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.

Entry fee

Due to significant increases in minimum wage and temporary infrastructure costs (such as portaloos), we are no longer able to keep this event free of charge to exhibitors. In order to help us recover some of these rising costs and ensure the future sustainability of the event, we are introducing a small fee of £5 per vehicle, per day. 

Club Entries are now CLOSED and no more clubs can be accepted.

Terms and Conditions for Entries Submitted 

• Entries must be presented in a clean, complete and safe working condition.
• Owners must ensure all drivers of the exhibits are qualified in law to handle the class of vehicle involved (no under age drivers).
• No exhibit is to be left running in the control of any person unable to stop it in an emergency.
• No exhibit shall be left running unattended.
• All vehicles shall be safely parked, securely braked and/or choked.
• A speed limit of walking pace only shall apply to all vehicles, including modern vehicles, on the show site.
• Entrants must pay proper regard to the Marshals’ instructions and conduct themselves in a manner which will not inconvenience other persons on the site.
• All exhibits attending the event must be insured.
