Situated in the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Seven Sisters Country Park comprises 280 hectares of chalk cliffs, meandering river valley and open chalk grassland. The Country Park is named after the famous Seven Sisters that form part of the chalk cliffs on the Sussex Heritage Coast, one of Britain’s finest unspoilt coastlines. A wide range of outdoor activities include: walking, bird watching, cycling and canoeing. For walkers there are a number of footpaths and trails in the Park.
Responsible cyclists are welcome and whilst there are no bridleways on the Park, cycling is permitted on the valley floor. Further information and walking and cycling maps can be found in the Visitor Centre.
