Competition Terms and Conditions
- A two night stay for 2 adults at Hydro Hotel in a double or twin Side Sea View bedroom on a bed and breakfast basis, subject to availability. One dog is permitted as part of the stay, however please note dogs are not permitted in food service areas.
- Stay must be redeemed by 21st December 2025 and cannot be redeemed during the following date ranges: 18 – 21 April, 2 – 5 May, 23 – 26 May, 20 – 28 June, 8 – 17 August or 22 – 25 August.
- To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
- Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
- Competition closes at 23:59 on 31 March 2025. Any requests after this will not be included in the prize draw.
- Winner will be selected at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and contacted on 4 April 2025 via the email provided as part of their entry. Prize will be awarded to the name used to enter the prize draw.
- The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize by 4 April 2025. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.
- All aspects of the prize are subject to availability.
- Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.
- Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities.
- Prizes is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
