Eastbourne’s large scale, Hollywood inspired I ♥ EBN letters are on the move! Relocated from their original home at the Enterprise Shopping Centre to multiple seafront locations throughout the summer, track them down and take a selfie to enter our competition for a chance to win great prizes.

Crafted by hand, the Eastbourne Love Letters are brought to you by the Eastbourne Hospitality Association, Age Concern (Eastbourne Shed, Fort Lane) and Visit Eastbourne, to celebrate our lovely town.
The letters are crafted from recycled wood and seafront groynes by a community of individuals aged 50+ from the Eastbourne Shed, Fort Lane, who work together to tackle loneliness and dementia with community wood-work projects.
Follow our 'Love Letters' as they journey around the town spreading love and cheer.

I ♥ EBN Photography Competition
For your chance to win £250 cash, keep an eye out for our I ♥ EBN letters as they travel throughout the town and snap a selfie when you see them! Simply upload your photo to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #ILoveEBN between 9 August - 30 September for your chance to win!
Terms and Conditions
- The prize is £250 cash and will be paid to the winner via online bank transfer.
- To enter, photos must be uploaded to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter between 9 August – 30 September using the hashtag #ILoveEBN in the caption.
- Each photo will be classed as one competition entry. Posting the same photo to multiple social media platforms or through multiple accounts will not result in additional entries to the competition.
- The winner will be chosen by a judging panel comprised of members from Visit Eastbourne and the Eastbourne Hospitality Association. The decision on the winning photo is final.
- To enter this competition, social media profiles must be set to public between 3 – 5 October. Due to the nature of private profiles, the judging panel will not be able to view photos on private social media profiles and therefore these photos will not be able to be entered into the competition.
- Visit Eastbourne reserve the right to repost any photos entered into this competition through the Visit Eastbourne social media channels and will credit the account used to enter the photo.
- The winner will be contacted by Visit Eastbourne through a direct message on the social media platform used to enter the competition. The winner will have 3 days to accept their prize after receiving this direct message. If the prize has not been accepted within 3 days, the winner will forfeit their prize and another winner will be chosen. Visit Eastbourne cannot take any responsibility for direct messages not received.
- By entering the competition you confirm that you are the sole photographer, that it is your original work and that you own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each photo. Visit Eastbourne cannot be held responsible for a photograph entered into the competition without the original photographer’s permission or for entrants falsely claiming to be the photographer.
