Competition Terms & Conditions

• To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
• Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
• Any submissions after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. 
• The prize will be awarded to the name on the entry form and the prize is non-transferrable.
• The winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by VisitEastbourne and will be contacted via the email provided on their entry.
• The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.
• We will do our best to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates to redeem their prize, however all elements of the prize package are subject to availability.
• Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.   
• Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
• VisitEastbourne‘s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. 
• VisitEastbourne shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
• VisitEastbourne also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Excursions 2024: Win a Bandstand Voucher

• Competition closes 23:59 on 4 February 2024.
• Winner will be notified by 23 February 2024.
• Prize is a £50 voucher to be redeemed against any Bandstand concerts in 2024 - subject to availability and valid until 30 October 2024.
