Enjoy a free guided walk around the Historic Meads area of Eastbourne with an experienced local guide. This leisurely walk lasts around 90 minutes and tells the story of how Meads developed as 'the Belgravia of Eastbourne' in the late C19. The walk starts in the Helen Garden and includes the Italian Gardens, St Johns Church, Meads Village and many of the wonderful mansion houses in this area of Eastbourne 'where the Downs meet the sea'.
