PRIDE: This ever-popular event returns 20 July, the free parade begins at Eastbourne Pier 12pm and follows the seafront road down to Princes Park for a ticket only event more here. A day full of fun, love and support for the LGBTIQA+ community - this is one day of celebration to be truly proud of!

LIVE MUSIC: Beach Life Live Music Festival returns this summer to a new venue at Eastbourne's iconic Bandstand. The seafront will be transformed into a fiesta of live music, free events, the upper promenade will be packed with stalls and the senses will be allured with the tempting aromas of mouthwatering street food 13 – 14 July

Bringing the summer festival vibe this family friendly event, set against the heart of Eastbourne promenade. Open 11am to 5pm, no ticket required. with live music from a host of local artists, street food, stalls and entertainment. 

Also happening on the seafront during 13-14 July the Seafront Market returns on the upper prom by the Carpet Gardens, Ironbourne - featuring the British Middle Distance Triathlon Championships - from the Western Lawns plus Evening Bandstand events: Viva 4 Ever - Spice Girls Tribute Show on Saturday; and Red Mick - Simply Red Tribute Show on Sunday.

POP-UP PARK: Eastbourne’s Victoria Place is being transformed into a pedestrianised space once again with live music, family fun and more from 27 July – 8 September. With a lawn, picnic tables, floral displays and giant deckchairs come and watch the world go by, enjoy a treat from one of the local traders plus there’s live entertainment most weekends.

The pop-up park will be available from the seafront end of Terminus Road. Victoria Place will be pedestrianised for the duration and a small diversion will be in place. Organised by Your Eastbourne BID and the Victoria Place Traders. No ticket required.

1812 Bandstand with Fireworks

PROMS & FIREWORKS: The magical burst of fireworks every Wednesday evening during July and August over the seafront returns from the traditional compilation concert 1812 at the Bandstand which triumphantly concludes with traditional Proms favourites and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture accompanied by the spectacular firework display.
