We are keen to understand how we can improve our services to ensure fewer cancellations and absent walkers moving forward. Our walk leaders volunteer their time and we're keen to ensure that as many of their ticket holders as possible arrive for their walk or cancel in advance to free up a space for someone else to come along instead.
